Mailroom Policies and Procedures

• Located on the 2nd floor of the Chancery building.

• Out going mail should be in the mail room by 2 pm.

• Sealed and unsealed mail should be separated.  

• Large envelopes should be sealed. 

• Stamped mail should be placed in the container labeled Out Going Stamped Mail.

• International mail should be separated from domestic mail.

• Interoffice mail should be separated from the out going mail and distributed to the appropriate mail box.

• Bulk mailings will be processed Monday - Thursday one day notice is required.

• In the event that the offices close early a communication will go out over the phone system Indicating the mail deadline for that day.

• Holiday schedule updates will be sent via email.
